PE(Polyethylene)
PE has great chemical and abrasion resistance and is cheap, making it used as an engineering plastic variously from engineering materials to miscellaneous everyday goods.
Resistant to most acids and alkali, is highly insulating and can be welded easily. Also used widely related to food due to it being hygienic. Can be divided into HDPE (High-density polyethylene = hard polyethylene) and DLFE (Low-density polyethylene = soft polyethylene).

Continuous duty temperature ranges from -50℃ to maximum of 90℃.
(Superb low-temperature characteristics) Is light and has a high coefficient of extension. Resistant to most acids and alkali, is highly insulating and can be welded easily. Also very food hygienic (approved by the Food Sanitation Law). Low hardness and tensile strength.
Hard for adhesive and surface printing due to its total nonpolarity.
