Polyurethane adjusts the type or ratio of the base materials and adds denaturants such as glycol diamine to change the properties and is used variously such as in rigid and soft materials, rubber elastic materials, paint, adhesives, synthetic leather, and sealing elements. The properties are generally strong, elastic, and has a high tensile breaking strength.
It is also a material with high abrasion durability, ageing resistance, and oil resistance.
Production Specifications
SUT produces 1500x6000 urethane plates, the largest in the country. Any sizes smaller can be manufactured by order and all plates may be manufactured in various strength and colors, and even as an anti-static plate. SUT manufactures urethane bars a step smaller as 8φ, compared to the preexisting 10φ bars. The bars that were only made in 300mm units can also be produced in various lengths such as 600mm and 1000mm. The inventory is always prepared, ready to be sent right away on order. All bars are available to be created in sizes apart from the standard issue, in various strengths, colors, and even as an anti-static bar.
