Teflon(Polytelrafluoro ethylene _ PTFE)
Teflon, developed by DuPont in America, takes up around 60% of the demand for fluoroplastics with its heat-resistant, cold-resistant, nonadherent and electrical property, and also has a very low friction coefficient.
Used in cases in which many types of properties are required (heat resistant+electrical property, chemical + heat resistant, nonadherent + heat resistant, etc.) and is usually used in areas that need chemical and solvent resistance in chemical or semiconductor industries.
It can also be combined with fillers such as glass fiber, graphite, carbon, and bronze for a variety of uses.

The continuous duty temperature is from -180℃ ~ +260℃.
Excels in heat resistant and chemical resistant properties and is not affected by high temperature use or most chemicals. Has low friction and is self-lubricative. Has great electrical properties such as low permittivity and dielectric tangent. The absorption rate is close to zero, making it strong against humidity.
Is weatherproof and nonadherent.
It also has a high flame retardant property.
