Bakelite
Bakelite(phenol resin) was developed in 1907 as a thermosetting resin based on fillers, lubricants, and hardeners.
Has a relatively good creep property (resistant to transformation in a wide temperature range) and dimensional stability and is used in various industrial fields. Moldings are low cost as well as being easily machinable, temperature resistant, solvent resistant, and chemical resistant. Products are largely divided into the general paper base laminates and the cotton cloth laminates that have cloth within the products.

Has a high bending strength and heat resistance, making it suitable for mechanical and electronic parts. Low bending due to its low absorption. Low thickness materials are good for punching processing.
