PVC(Poly Vinyl Chloride)
PVC is a thermoplastic synthesized by vinyl chloride monomers (VCM) that are synthesized by chlorine and ethylene, and has a self-extinguishing and chemical resistant property.
The specific gravity is 1.45 and is plastic in 120℃ ~ 150℃, and is melted above 170℃. Mechanical manufacture is quite simple and has a high mechanical and tensile strength. Can be used in temperatures between -15℃ ~ +60℃. Easy for adhesion and welding, and has is easy to paint with its low absorption.
