PEEK(Poly Etherether Ketron)
PEEK is an extrusion-molded high functioning thermoplastic that can be continuously used up to a temperature of +250℃, and even up to +300℃ in short terms of usage.
With a high resistance to fatigue and extreme conditions as well as being flame retardant, PEEK is used in various fields that require high performance in extreme conditions such as in electrical, electronics, and aerospace fields. It has a high mechanical strength and hardness, bending strength, stiffness, strain, and impact resistance.
Product Specifications
The continuous duty temperature is +250℃ and can be operated in high temperatures as well. It has low absorption rate and remains stable even in warm water and even in steam conditions. It also shows high resistance in various chemicals.
Has a high radiation stability and electrothermal characteristics, along with an advanced mechanical strength, stress and fatigue properties. With its approval by the FDA, its usage in food and groceries do not show hygienic problems.
Weak to acetone, and has a low notch impact property.
