Acrylic - PMMA

The acrylonitrile has the highest transparency among engineering plastics and has an exquisite moldability. As a polymer of ester such as acrylic acid or methacrylic acid, it may be produced in various forms due to its high moldability.

Production Specifications

It has a high light penetration ratio of 92%. Acrylonitriles dissolve in organic solvents such as ketone, ester, and chlorinated hydrocarbon. It has a high durability and surface gloss. About 16 times as hard as glass, its impact resistance is higher than tempered glass. Acrylonitrile is a thermoplastic resin and changes its shape starting from 90℃.

Various colors can be made in manufacture by using a variety of pigments in the manufacturing process.
