Antistatic Poly Urethane

Nonconductors such as polymers create static from friction or electromagnetic forces.

In the case of manufactures for the semiconductor industry or precise electrical components, there may be damage from statics such as short circuits, leading us to develop our anti-static urethane that adds a conductive additive to bestow conductivity and prevent static electricity or disperse generated static electricity. The urethane does not use the preexisting coating and additives but a responsive type to maintain a uniform volume and surface resistance, enable various moldings of color and durability, and sustain the urethane's characteristic abrasion durability, hardness, and dimensional stability

Production Specifications

The anti-static urethane can be manufactured in desired durability and color solely in SUT.

We provide manufacture of the hardest 8Φ rods, then to 10Φ and 12Φ, from which the diameter rises up by 5Φ from 15Φ to 100Φ, and by 10Φ from 100Φ. SUT creates slabs up to 1500x6000 in size. Any sizes smaller than the dimensions may be manufactured in any size preferred.

The thickness may be manufactured from the thinnest 0.5t, then 0.8t. From 1t to 10t the thickness is increased in 1t units and from 10t in 5t units.

With durability of A, manufacture is available from hardness of 20A up to 98A.
